"TLDR: If you want quality haircuts with personalized service and attentive staff, you'll find no better barber in Waco.
This is my go-to barber. I once forgot to schedule an appointment and went to Sportsclips, where my haircut took two and a half hours with a stylist who had a "cut first, ask questions later" approach.
Today, I saw Noberto Tinoco. Usually I just show a few pictures my family gave me to show what hairstyle I want. Mr. Tinoco gave pointers on how those styles wouldn't last long or work well with the way my hair flowed, and gave suggestions. While I fully appreciate his persistence in delivering what the customer envisions, I highly recommend letting these artists take the reigns in a field they've mastered. Thirty minutes later, I have a fantastic new look for a great price, and to make sure I never forget an appointment again, another haircut scheduled in advance.
The attention to detail, the clearly professional staff, and the unparalleled courtesy truly lets Champions live up to it's name.
